Cadillac Septic Service is a locally operated septic company serving Cadillac, Wexford County, and the surrounding lake country of northern Michigan. We handle the full life of a septic system — routine pumping and cleaning, real-estate inspections, repairs, drain field work, riser and filter upgrades, emergencies, and commercial accounts — so one local number covers whatever your system throws at you.
How We Work
- Quote first, work second. You'll know the price before a hose comes off the truck.
- Show, don't tell. When we recommend a repair, we show you what we found — measurements and conditions you can see yourself.
- Repair before replace. If a $300 baffle fixes it, you'll never hear a $10,000 pitch.
- Every visit is an inspection. Baffles, lids, levels, and filter get checked with every pump-out, at no extra charge.
- By the book. Permitted work goes through District Health Department #10 properly, and everything we haul is disposed of at licensed facilities.
